Salon Policies

Capella Salon has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Due to limited seating, we kindly ask you not to bring guests with you to your appointment. This includes spouses, children or friends. We know that life gets in the way, so we have a 10 minute grace period for lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit. No food or drinks are permitted on the salon floor. Due to Covid-19, masks are required. No exceptions.
